Imagen Insights joins Disrupt Marketing as part of Tomorrow Group

This marks an important next chapter for Imagen Insights.

Our mission remains the same, to help brands understand how people really think, feel and behave through genuine qualitative intelligence. Becoming part of Disrupt strengthens our ability to bring those insights closer to real-world decision-making, particularly across creator strategy, brand storytelling and performance measurement.

Leadership update

As part of the acquisition, Imagen co-founder Jay Richards has been appointed Managing Director of Disrupt Marketing, where he will lead the agency’s next phase of growth. In this role, he will embed Imagen’s insight-led approach directly into Disrupt’s work, ensuring qualitative intelligence plays a central role in how brands connect with audiences.

“You cannot build influence without listening properly,” said Jay Richards. “This move allows the raw, unfiltered voice of audiences to play a more direct role in how brands shape strategy, creativity and performance.”

What this means for Imagen Insights

Imagen Insights will continue to operate as a qualitative research platform within Disrupt, led by our co-founder Cat Agostinho, with the same focus on delivering deep, human insight for our clients.

The difference is how our insight can now travel further. By working closely with Disrupt Marketing, qualitative intelligence can be applied more directly to how brands build influence, develop narratives and understand impact across the full marketing funnel.

Part of Tomorrow Group

Tomorrow Group brings together Disrupt Marketing, Found, SEED and Braidr, connecting creativity, performance, data and AI around a shared belief that influence only matters when it is rooted in real people and real behaviour.

For Imagen Insights, joining Tomorrow Group is not about changing what we do. It is about strengthening it, ensuring genuine human insight sits at the heart of how modern brands grow.

If you are an existing Imagen client and have any questions about what this means for you, your usual point of contact will be happy to help.
